Greg brings more than 40 years of senior leadership experience in business advisory services, international operations, joint ventures, global sales, and mergers & acquisitions.
With Forte for over 19 years, he was a managing member of the group that acquired a large training and security services firm. He played a pivotal role in securing and managing over $1 billion in financing while driving significant global expansion.
Prior to Forte, Greg served as Vice President at a major automotive OEM, where he led global sales for a $4 billion division, directed operations for an $875 million division operating in ten countries, and managed a joint venture with a Japanese automotive manufacturer in Tokyo.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, Greg served eight years as a Captain and Chief Electronic Warfare Officer with Air Force Special Operations Command.

Jake has served as a trusted manager and leader at Forte for over seven years, delivering strategic financial guidance and operational excellence to our diverse portfolio of clients across industries.
Prior to joining Forte, Jake was a financial management consultant and auditor at Grant Thornton LLP, where he conducted audits and financial filings for clients ranging from early-stage startups to publicly traded companies valued at over $1 billion. He also led the successful implementation of new GAAP standards for one of Pennsylvania’s largest healthcare providers, resulting in the reclassification of millions of dollars in assets and significantly strengthened financial reporting.
